As one of our flatmates has recently moved away for his PhD, we are looking for a flatmate to move into their room in our 3 bed house in Spital Tongues (Council Tax Band C). The room itself is a good sized room and has a double bed with a desk, two sets of draws and a wardrobe.

You’d be sharing the flat with two males (both 23), one masters student and one young professional. We’re both pretty laid back and tidy, just looking for someone who we’ll get on well with and welcome into the flat. We like to do things as a flat but also respect personal space and privacy.

We enjoy playing tennis, cooking, running, and going out for food and drinks.
