hi! we’re looking for one more student to join our 6-bedroom house near ilford road for next year.

details:
- £130 per person per week (bills not included).
- 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
- 11-month contract starting 5th September 2026
- the available room is bedroom 2 on the first floor (see floor plan & photos below)
- less than 2 minutes from ilford road metro

about us:
there will be 5 of us in the house - currently 4 girls and 1 boy. four of us will be in final year of medical school, and one of us is doing a masters. we’re a sociable and clean household and would love someone similar to join us! we enjoy movie nights, game nights, and all sorts of other fun things, so ideally looking for someone friendly, tidy, and easy to live with!

we’ve already paid the deposit for the house but haven’t signed yet, so we’re hoping to find someone soon
