Hi,

I am looking for exchange students or any student in general to take over my room in Jesmond for July-December, as I am doing my exchange in Malaysia. The room is in a sociable 6 bed house on Clayton park square for the price of £175pw with bills included.

The metro is extremely close which gives great access across the whole of Newcastle as well as a range of shops, pubs and activities. It is also close, within walking distance, to Northumbria and Newcastle uni.
