I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for this Silver studio in Pitt Street Studio accommodation in Newcastle (for students only).

It is a very nice silver studio for £140/week and located at the heart of Newcastle near St. James Stadium. It has a kitchen and bathroom attached, and comes furnished with a big double bed, study desk, chair, sofa and TV. This place is available to move in from 17 Sep 2022 to 9 Sep 2023.

I had originally booked this studio for myself to stay but I can no longer move into the studio as I plan to move in with a friend soon. However, since I already signed the contract for it, I am bound to stay in the place unless I find another tenant to replace me soon. Let me know if you are interested.
