I really like living here and am advertising as I am getting a mortgage. Need someone to take the tenancy ~March but can be negotiated based on tenant's needs.

Town is just under 10 min walk away and is right next to a little Sainsbury's which is convenient. If you drive you can pay the accommodation over to park there or there is free off street parking a 6 min walk away.

Room is shared with 5 other flatmates between 2 bathrooms and kitchen, everyone is a professional but students or professionals can move in. Fridges are big and plenty of room for groceries etc. and the current flatmates keep to themself and are very chilled and have nice living room evenings. Everyone is 20-24 so anyone 18-30 would suit but reach out regardless.

Council tax and bills are included in rent price. This is a tenancy takeover so you will be directed to the management property's takeover process, tenancy is until Sep 26 so perfect for summer onward stay. Please let me know if you have any questions and I'll be more than happy to answer!
