I’m modernising a house and have a large, pretty double room with double wardrobe-possibly 2-rooms for a share. Desk/dressing table, double wardrobe, TV, WIFI, Coffee table and two comfy arm chairs. Overlooks large garden. Quiet. Improving downstairs facilities, so shared shower for now, but own loo & sink next to bedroom. 30min walk to town, Hospitals, Universities and Science Centres. Great bus service, close to shops and Bakery. lovely walk through the parks ( just round the corner) I have a small Border Terrier too! We work and travel away often. We respect privacy and bedrooms have locks. Looking for someone clean, tidy and thoughtful. Suit a professional.
