We are two friendly girls excited to welcome a new flatmate into our cozy flat.

Located in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops and excellent transport links this flat is perfect for a student or a professional.

The flat offers a shared kitchen and living room, allowing for plenty of shared moments and movie nights together.
You will be sharing the bathroom with just one other person as one of the bedrooms has en suite.

There is also a balcony and some extra space in the corridors for plenty of shoes and coats.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and tidy. If you enjoy good company and value a harmonious living space, then you would be a perfect fit for our flat.

Smokers and non smokers are welcome

Bills are:
£64 for council tax per person
£60-100 for electricity per person
( it changes depending on how much we use, £100 was probably the most we’ve ever paid)
£11 for wi-fi per person

It would be the best if the new tenant could stay for a year, but we consider shorter lets as well.

All together with all the bills it could be up to £570 in cold months and in warm months around £530
