I’m looking for a friendly female lodger to move into the second bedroom (available from 13 April) at £850 per month.

Located just off Dalston Lane with great transport links:
• 2–4 mins walk to Dalston Junction
• 5–8 mins walk to Dalston Kingsland
• Around 25 mins by bus to Liverpool Street

The flat is set over two floors and has plenty of natural light, with a spacious kitchen/diner, living room, and separate bathroom and WC.

The double room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.

Rent: £850 per month
Bills included except utilities (gas & electricity), usually £40–£60 per month.

A little about me: I’m a mature student and work part-time, so home is generally a calm place to relax and recharge. I keep the flat clean and tidy and would appreciate someone who values a considerate and well-kept living space. I also enjoy the occasional shared meal or movie night.
