The flat is also a stone's throw from Angel, London Fields/Broadway Market, Victoria Park, and the City of London. In the summer you can do some lovely walks along the nearby canal.

The flat is on the lower ground floor of a converted Georgian townhouse. It was very recently re-decorated, and has light, bright walls and lovely wooden floors. It has character and feels like a genuine home!

The flat is furnished, but we are open to discussion about removing certain items if desired.

We are renting our bedroom because we are moving out of London. We already have one tenant, who would be your flatmate. He occupies the smaller, single room and is a 24 year professional. He is respectful and quiet, and mostly works evenings.
