The flat is comprised of 3 bedrooms and 1 tenant is looking for a long term flat mate sing or couple welcome. The room is furnished but for longer lets the landlord will consider removing furniture. The landlord is happy after you get her permission to make your own stamp on the room and decorate how you like. She also helps out if you want to put some shelves up or provide more furnishings.
