Hello! I am moving out of my lovely room in a Clerkenwell flat in July and am looking for someone to sublet the room from July 25-September 18th. For this length of time, the rent can be negotiated!

The room has large windows and a private balcony. It is fully furnished with a big closet, desk, desk chair, bench, clothes rack, and nightstand. The bed also comes with pillows and a duvet. There is a large bathroom and kitchen shared as well as a dining room/foyer. Your flatmates will be one student and one professional both around 24 years old - they are lovely, clean and friendly!

The flat is centrally located in the heart of the city. It is a 10 minute walk to Angel and Old Street station and a 30 minute walk to UCL, KCL, and LSE.

We would ideally prefer a female flatmate. Please let me know if you have any questions or interest!
