The total number of people living in the house will be maximum 5. We are not experiencing any overcrowded spaces or bathrooms as we have different schedules, and we travel when it's possible.

=== The bedrooms ===

Lovely double rooms with double beds and orthopaedic mattresses, wardrobe, desk and lots of free space in a very beautiful four-bedroom flat. Wooden floor (no carpet).
The rooms are tranquil, two of them have a view of our beautiful garden, so there is no noise disturbing the quiet, apart from the singing birds :) The other ones are facing the front patio, we are inside the estate area so almost no cars/noise.

This is the smallest and cheapest.
Silent and cute, already furnished with wardrobe and mirror, double bed, desk, chair, shelves, curtains, lots of space under the bed to store boxes. Window over our private back garden! There's an additional storage space in the corridor for your luggage. It's a bright room because it faces South, there is a blind roll at the window. Additional storage space under the bed and in the corridor for your luggage.

The wooden door you see in the picture is a big built-in wardrobe, not the entrance. Comes furnished with a desk with 3 drawers, a chair, a mirror, an additional chest of 4 drawers, a double bed, and a carpet (currently stored in the cupboard). Window over our private back garden. If these curtains are not enough for you (it's a bright room because it faces South) there is a blind roll at the window. Additional storage space under the bed.

On the right, behind the door, there's a right-sized storage place. Double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, a chest of drawers and a long mirror. The floor has some very short carpet. Big window (takes the whole length of the wall) facing our private front patio with bushes. There is a blind roll at the window. Additional storage space under the bed and in the corridor for your luggage.

=== The housemates ===

We are happy professionals, eco-friendly, extremely clean (so looking for another clean and tidy person!!), and very sociable; we speak English, Italian, Spanish, French, and learning Esperanto :) We love travelling, Hi-Tech, and chatting about a vast amount of topics. We are quite active also sport-wise: we like climbing, cycling, dancing, swimming, running, pilates... Sometimes we have guests. We make sure the atmosphere is not hostel-like. It's difficult to describe all the people of the house in a few words, but we are confident with each other, and the environment at home is amiable and relaxed, we sometimes cook together and we always like eating and chatting together during dinner when there's the chance, with homemade bread.
What we are looking for is someone compatible with us to share our flat with, in a friendly way. An online call is an excellent way to start understanding each other if you are not able to come here in person to visit the flat right now. We generally have good availability for viewings.

=== The flat ===

Our home is a split-level four-bedroom flat with independent ground floor entrance and a big sunny garden with BBQ.
- All the bed frames have staves and are in great condition, as are the new amazing mattresses. There is space to store your stuff under the bed.
- Every room has a window; toilets have windows too.
- Two separate bathrooms: one has WC + sink, the other one has WC + shower + sink;
- Very big and cosy kitchen/living room with sofa and big dining table for 6. Fully accessorized with two fridges, a freezer, a big microwave, Thermomix blender, pressure cooker, toasters, bread machine, gas cooker and oven;
- New washing machine and separate tumble dryer (condenser type, with a water reservoir to avoid humidity)
- Very big garden with barbeque, awning, tables, chairs and umbrella.
- Double-glazed windows recently renewed
- 46’’ SONY Bravia LCD screen with Google Chromecast and HDMI connection in the shared living room
