Our lovely flatmate is sadly moving country in 1 weeks time, so we are urgently looking for someone to take over her room ASAP :)

🏡 About the flat 🏡
The flat is located in the heart of Islington on the beautiful Thornhill Square.
The building is Georgian style and is on a beautiful quiet crescent opposite a small park, the square is such a lovely community. The flat is south facing with large windows so the lighting is fantastic making the flat super sunny and airy.
The front room is open plan with the kitchen sat just off it - the kitchen itself is a decent size, enough for a couple of cooks at least. The flat has these amazing shelves, that we have loved filling! We have loads of cupboard space as well, so plenty of storage not in the bedrooms.

🤍 Your Room £1200 - This room is a spacious double room - it comes unfurnished except for the large built in wardrobes (These can come down if you want!) so has tonnes of storage space. The windows in the room are huge, and gets lots of lovely natural light. This room shares a bathroom with the other room, as advertised.

- 10 Minute walk from Islington Upper-Street and 15 mins to Kings X. It’s really well connected for anyone who wants to stay close to central but in a cute, quiet neighbourhood. The area itself is full of lovely pubs, restaurants and shops. I walk to work mostly and its not far to walk into central :)

I work full time for a Jewellery brand, most days I’m in the office however I sometimes work from home here and love to spend time in the flat. I am pretty social so love a wine bar, pilates and flat dinners :) but also appreciate my own time and space - so looking for someone who will fit this. We visit the flower market religiously on Sundays meaning the flat is always with flowers! 🌷🌻I've lived here for two and a half years now and have come to make this flat my home, so I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the flat but who will also become friends :).

I work full time in marketing at the RAD, hybrid of office days and WFH. As a result, love dancing, taking classes and attending the theatre! We enjoying spending time together as a flat, having dinner parties, going to yoga, hitting the flower markets, and grabbing a matcha :) we'd love (you) our new roomie to want to join in. I moved over from Sydney last year and have enjoyed making this flat and London my home! You'd be sharing the bathroom with me, so looking for someone clean, tidy, and respectful of our shared space!
