Hi, everyone!

One of my flatmates and I are subletting room 1 from 18 June and room 2 from 28 June to 17 September with the possibility of renewing the contract (to be discussed with the agency).

Both rooms are part of a 3-bedroom flat I share with two amazing flatmates and an adorable cat. One of the flatmates will stay until the end of the lease agreement, but the other and the cat will only stay until the end of June.

The flat is located in Finsbury Park, close to several bus stations and the Finsbury Park tube and train stations. Besides three rooms, the flat has a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), a laundry section (with a washing machine and a dryer), a living room and a great terrace, ideal for the summer.

Rent for each room: 1050 pounds + expenses (approx. 100 pounds)

Unfortunately, we are looking for girls - sorry, guys!
