Bright and spacious room available in our 3 bedroom Victorian flat situated between Kentish Town and Caledonian Road. The rent is £860 pcm with monthly bills coming to roughly £100-£120. Move in date and start of the contract is from the 1st of May.

About the Flat / Room:
The flat itself is a lovely mixture of homely and cosy vibes. The living room is really spacious with large windows. The kitchen has all the necessary fittings, including a dishwasher!

The room itself is very spacious - it only comes with the bedframe and matress inluded but the desk and chair can be sold to the new flatmate for cheap if you'd like :)

The Location:
10 minute walk to Kentish Town station and 15 minute wakl to Caledonian Road. Kings Cross Station / St. Pancras is a 20 minute walk away too. On Brecknock Road there are lots of bakeries and delis (our favourites being Salvino an Italian deli and Bread by Bike just opposite the flat).

A bit about us:
Myself (Isobel) and Ed both currently have lived here for the past 6 months. We love cooking dinner together, watching a film, going out to the local pubs and the occasional night out. Also enjoy going to the gym and climbing. Would love to hear from you if you're interested and can arrange coming to see the flat :)
