Looking for a flatmate to join our house in Angel 💌

It's a large room with a double bed and two large wardrobes built in. It's adjacent to a large bathroom with a built in tub and lots of storage.

About the flat:
- It's a 3 bed 2 bath property with a large garden out back
- We (Ryan & Emma) own the property, so would be the landlords as well as a flatmates
- It's located in Angel, a 3 minute walk from the tube stop and a 15 minute walk to Farringdon and Kings X
- It's close to loads of bars, restaurants, and cafes in Clerkenwell and Angel
- There is a big Sainsbury's, Waitrose, and M&S within 5 minute walk
- The flat is our home, which means we take good care of it and work quickly to improve it if anything happens
- The flat is well insulated which means heating bills are not too high
- Locked bike storage available
- The flat comes with Bob and Mr. Bennet, two very friendly cats 🐱

About the current tenants:
- Ryan (Analyst from the Isle of Man) and Emma (Social Media Manager from San Francisco) alongside our two cats
- Both have been living in London for the past 3 years
- We both work hybrid so we will be WFH for part of the week
- We love travelling, exploring London, sitting in cafes, animals, cooking, and watching some bad reality T. V. shows lol.
- We are both very social, so love having flatmates we can chat to and we are hoping to find someone we can get on well with. We don't throw massive parties often, but do love having friends over for a movie night or dinner.
