My name is Joy and I am a tenant occupying one of the rooms in the 2 bedroom apartment. The room has a double bed already, with a wardrobe for hanging up your clothes. I am looking for a clean responsible and reliable roommate. Someone that will pay for their rent on time. Who cleans up after themselves, I don't mind if it's a female/male just as long as you treat the home as if you purchased it yourself. I wouldn't mind having a friend in a tenant but also a person that respect mine/their own personal space as well all you have to do is bring your clothes and a possible personal TV for your room to move in. I don't want anyone smoking in the house. And there's a beautiful park downstairs which has an outside gym. There's a bus right downstairs, literally across the road. Highbury and Islington station is a 7 min walk. Caledonian station a 10 min walk. Caledonian and Barnsbury station is 7min walk also. Angel station is down the road and it's close to a lot of store supermarkets, bars & restaurants. You will never get bored in this area.
