I have a clean furnished double room available in my 3 bed house on Lealholm Road that I own and have lived in for the past 10yrs. The house has Double Glazing and Gas Central Heating. I have had five previous male and female lodgers that have stayed between 1 and 2yrs.

I will consider both male and female applicants, but will prioritise females as I prefer to keep the house gender balanced at 50% male and 50% female, experience has shown me that this works best.

The property is 1 min walk from Longbenton Metro station and an 8 min metro to the City for Newcastle/Northumbria Universities. Walking distance to Northumbria University Coach Lane Campus, Freeman Hospital, DWP/HMRC/Ministry, Quorum, Four Lane Ends and local shops.

The house is undergoing gradual modernisation, but is safe, spacious, clean, tidy and has a new kitchen and appliances. Neighbours are friendly and the area is safe with commuters passing by. There is a large front porch for Bicycle storage. The property, garden and driveway has CCTV for added security.
