I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for 2022/23 at Byron Central university accommodation in Newcastle upon Tyne. The tenancy begins on 17/09/22 and ends on 22/07/23. It is £5060 for the academic year, £115 per week. The flat is shared with three people, each with your own room and en-suite and a shared kitchen/living area. The room contains a small double bed, wardrobe and large desk space. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, sink and mirror. The kitchen is large with all the needed appliances, a tv and sofa. No advance payment is needed. The accommodation is a 5 minute walk to Northumbria university campus and Newcastle city centre. A laundry room is available that you pay for each wash and dry. Parking is available at an extra cost. Reception staff and very friendly and helpful should you need them and maintenance fix any problems in good time. Taking over this room is cheaper as to book through unite students for this accommodation is now £135 per week.
