Tenancy takeover available now until June in West Jesmond.

Looking for someone to take over my room asap. Tenancy ends on 28th June 2024. Rent is £145 a week not including bills. We have been paying around £16 a week each for bills.

The house is a 3 bed upstairs maisonette on Coniston Ave, West Jesmond. Located right by West Jesmond Metro with a Sainsburys Local and Tesco at the end of the road. Perfect location for students as it’s so close to Osborne Rd.

The house has one bathroom shared between 3 and a really big kitchen and lounge area. Fully furnished bedroom with a double bed and TV. Kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Has a small yard at the back.

Housemates are both in second year at Newcastle uni (one girl and one boy). They’re both really kind and easy to live with. They’re good fun but also relaxed so looking for someone also like this. Would need to be another student for the tenancy.
