Urban Study is a high-spec, contemporary and bright student and young professional apartment building with a large communal area and fantastic amenities.

It's close to Newcastle and Northumbria University campuses as well as the city centre. Shopping centers, bars, restaurants, nightlife, the historic center and parks are all on your doorstep. Whether you prefer walking or hopping on public transport, you'll find bus stops and Manors rail station just moments away.

As well as modern, clean bedrooms complete with kitchenette and an ensuite bathroom, Urban Study residents have access to all the communal areas and amenities. To name a few: cinema room, gym, laundry, communal area, pool table in the communal area, and communal study rooms and space. There are also Building Managers on site that are there to help with any request.

Rental prices are all inclusive of bills (excluding laundry, and council tax if applicable).

Parking is not included. Parking can be purchased separately but you'll need to discuss this with the Building Manager.

Free coffee on weekdays - The building has a coffee vending machine in the communal area and you can enjoy a free (or more ;-) ) cuppa everyday on weekdays!
