Tenancy takeover for a single occupancy BRONZE room at IQ Stephenson House (NE2 1AW). A private room is available for tenancy takeover in a 4-bedroom flat. The only reason I am moving out of here is because I have had to move back to my home country due to personal reasons.

RENT: £90 per week, inclusive of ALL bills

The accommodation is approx. 7 min. walk away from Northumbria Uni and approx. 12-15 mins. to Newcastle Uni. Good transport links with bus stops just a 4 min. walk away and Manors metro just 10 mins. away. Buses to the city centre in 2-4 min. gap. There's a Tesco Express located just below the building, 2-min walk away and you can also go to Morrison's in Byker for those big shopping days, which is just a 15 min. walk away!
Private room in a 4-bedroom flat. Shared kitchen (lots of storage, microwave, oven, dining table, fridge and freezer). Shared bathroom (2 toilets and 2 showers). The room has a small double bed, a cupboard, a study table and a dressing table (see the pictures attached for reference). There is a small room with some additional storage space within the flat. Smoking is allowed outside the building, where there is a designated smoking area, not anywhere within the building.
The flat is located on the 4th floor and the building has a working lift. It's a quiet flat with accommodating and friendly flatmates.
The accommodation also boasts of a common area for socializing, laundry, study space and a games room inclusive of a vending machine. The staff is proactive and helpful, good vibe and friendly environment.
Please note: You will need to pay the amount in full as this is a tenancy takeover, which means the contract has already been drawn up and cannot be modified.
