Hi, I am a student who is looking for fellow students to accompany my girlfriend and I in our newly purchased 3 bedroom flat (From 20/06/24)! We are both friendly and approachable and are looking for others who share these traits.

Both rooms are spacious with ample room for a desk, wardrobe, clothes rails and 3/4 double beds with mattresses. They also both have access to a comfortable living room, Kitchen and Bathroom, with a south-facing backyard and private rear-end entrance.

The location of the property is within 5 minute walks of Chillingham road, bus stops, and food shops. As well as a 10 minute walk to Chillingham road Metro.

As we are students there is no council tax to pay.
