Looking for a potential summer tenancy takeover! . The flat is lovely. There are 5 girls and 2 boys all in different years of study doing a variety of courses. It can be a student of any university. The rent is £151 pw. The room is a premium en-suite room and the rooms on their website are currently £174 a week mine is £151. The room is very large and comes with a large main window and a smaller side window so it’s very bright. the room also has an en-suite. Bills are included in the price, the room is also located on the top 7th floor so it means there are some nice views out of the window. Message me for more information and I would be happy to answer!
