Lodger needed for 1 double bedroom on the top floor.

There is no deposit required, however I hope you treat the space with respect. Happy for you to hang tv’s on the wall, paint the walls etc but I expect you to notify me if there’s damp , mould or a structural issue that could threaten the environment of other rooms. I have plenty of spare paint and tools which your welcome to use or you can go out and buy your own.

The top floor has been insulated this year with the maximum thickness legally allowed in the room aswell as having 10 solar panels installed on the roof.

The first floor has an office and 2 bedrooms on it, one of which is occupied. 
My boyfriend stays in my room while im away for work.

There is a bathroom on the landing which has been installed last year so everything is relatively new. There is a new washing machine in the bathroom aswell. I provide bath salts and bubble bath and candles for anyone if they want to use them :)

On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room and kitchen.
The living room has a TV and large u shaped sofa.
There is free on street parking but the competition is fierce.

The yard has artificial grass, a herb garden, seating, a washing line, fairy lights and a little fire pit we use for marshmallows.

we have a basement that is suitable for sealed storage boxes if needed.

The kitchen has all new appliances including a fridge freezer, smeg oven, air fryer, and slimline dishwasher. Hopefully by the end of 2024 I can afford a new kitchen altogether.

I am currently renovating the house DIY style so expect the odd bit of drilling every couple weeks.

I have a cat called Ru Paws who is really loving and roams all around the house x

We are really easy going and have a switch which is super fun for games nights aswell as the pool/ping pong dining table and drinks cabinet. We have 2 fridges, 2 freezers and 1 wine fridge so there is plenty space.

A little bit about me is that I'm a live in landlady, and I bought the house in my final year at NCL uni. I’m now 23, I have graduated and I’m in working from home 2 days an week. I’m looking for someone to be a part of the friendship group as well as live in my house. I'm looking for a lodger that is understanding and respectful if it comes to voicing complaints/concerns and not behaving in a salty manner, being cheeky, rude or ignoring me in my own home as its not something I’ll put up with. I treat all guests and lodgers with respect and I deserve the same x x x

I’m really accommodating and understanding so if something needs doing just ask me but because of this things may be organised without notice if its needed urgently.

I’m more than happy to answer any questions anyone has :) I have Amazon prime NDD aswell as ASOS , PLT and MISSPAP which I’m happy to share.
