It is a fantastic terraced house in central Newcastle with a courtyard and garden. The room has a king-sized bed and lots of storage. The house has 3 bathrooms and a huge kitchen with a separate living room. Plenty of room for indoor bike storage & there is a surfboard you are welcome to use! You will be living with 3 super friendly girls.

This room is suitable for a master's/PhD student or a young professional who likes a peaceful and quiet environment during the week. All the girls are up for cooking meals together and a few drinks at the weekend.

Willing to negotiate on price for the right person & if you will keep my plants alive! (extra points if you like climbing!)
