Hey! I’m going on a semester exchange in January 2026. Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in West Jesmond asap! Right next to the metro, a 6 bed all girls house, 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite and fully furnished. One of the girls is on placement so for 3 months there will only be 4 other girls! Rent is £100pw which is amazing! I’ve not seen anywhere else this cheap. Looking for someone to take over this tenancy asap (will officially start 15th February 2026 - 15th August 2026 but available to move in asap). Deposit is £475 and bills are unlimited for roughly around £70 per month. Some of these pictures are old, I’m happy to send more updated ones. Message me if interested :)
