As I'm doing a masters in Bristol and leaving the house I had a tenancy for. I'm advertising a furnished double room (pictures below) along with another housemate in the same position (buddy ups welcome).

The rent is £541.6, taken every month. Bills are all inclusive at £86.13 per month from August onward. (BILLS NOT INCLUDED IN RENT)

My housemates are 3 lovely girls who are very friendly and welcoming. They are going into either their 3rd or 4th years at Newcastle University studying Medicine, Engineering and Biology. It will be an intense academic year for the girls so someone who is happy to have quiet nights in would be great.

The house is in an excellent location on Osborne Road about 4 minutes walk from West Jesmond Metro, 25 minutes walk to the University, and a few minutes from shops in either Jesmond or Gosforth.

There is a shared kitchen, living room, garden and 2 bathrooms for 5. There is a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen too.
