I have nice, bright and good size double rooms with brand new bed and mattress to let in a fully furnished house. The rooms have double beds, triple wardrobes, chest drawers and bed side drawer for massive capacity. They also have a study desk and big windows for you to get plenty of natural light.

The house has a dining area with a table of six, utility room for all your extra stuff, cloaks WC and shower room, furnished bathroom/wc and fully fitted kitchen. Kitchen is newly furnished with brand new appliances such as an American Style fridge freezer for massive capacity and comfort. Electric oven and hob and hood with extractor fan, microwave, mixer, toaster, kettle and brand new washing machine are also available. We have also a wide range of dishes, pans, pots and cutlery enough for everyone. The only thing you need to bring is your luggage.

**Rooms are not ensuite and I dont do ensuite rooms**

I don’t have any restrictions to anyone. If you are honest and reliable I don't care anything about your private life. And I always keep your privacy in the house as my privacy. You can feel yourself comfortable.

The rent is all bills included (heating, hot water, gas, water rates, broadband, council tax, electricity...etc).

The house is close to all local amenities such as transport links, shops, take aways and it is only 9 minutes to city centre by bus from the stop in front of the house. Both Universities are so close as well.

All Rooms are available for couples as well.
