Hi. I have left University and moved back home so the room is empty. The rent should be £758pcm but I just want to recoup some as I’m now paying for a room I’m not using. It’s a Premium En-suite in a newly refurbished building, great, friendly, female flatmates. Tenancy is until 18th July. STUDENTS ONLY.

The tenancy would be signed directly with Abodus who run the halls of residence. The payment would be required in full ip front once the tenancy is signed. They pile then reimburse me.
