We are all currently first year students and have not moved into the house yet. Unfortunately, I am no longer moving in because I'm dropping out of uni. The current housemates George, Tom, Sam, Jacob, Morgan and Iona are a lovely bunch of people who I am very grateful to have met through the uni experience. They love to be social, have a laugh and go out, but are equally very responsible, and will respect if you need quiet. 4 Summerhill Terrace is a beautiful property, offering 3 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms, and is about a 15 minute walk to main campus at Newcastle. Bills are included. The bedrooms have already been decided, so your room will be slightly smaller as that was my room, but it is nonetheless a lovely, homey space. There will be plenty of opportunities to get to know all of the tenants, as they are very friendly, welcoming people who are more than happy to get to know you prior to moving in- feel free to message me for their social media details. Furthermore, they are all open-minded, accepting people, so you would not face discrimination of any kind. Preferably, we would like a girl, simply due to the ratio, but boys are more than welcome too. If you have a significant other, they are more than welcome to stay over too.
