I have lived in this property for the previous 4 years and have loved it.

The bedroom is large, and comfortable, featuring lovely bay windows that lets in a lot of sun during the day.

There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, both are equipped with showers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, a fridge freezer and a 5 ring hob. As well as a dishwasher for after cooking.

Currently living at the property, there are 3 men between the ages of 30 and 33. They are a mixture of PhD students and professionals. We are a sociable group and enjoy hanging out.

The property is Council Band B, and in terms of bills, these are all covered by the tenants.
