Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate for my flat. I really love living here, I have a large garden and am a 2 min walk from chillingham road. Heaton has lots going on as well. I have been living here for nearly a year with a friend from school called Nick but he is moving to London for a job😭 I am a recent graduate and a paralegal now but I love festivals, hiking, gym and art. I would really like to actually be friends and I’m a good communicator and would want the same. I’m clean (dirt-wise) but not super tidy and I don’t mind if you are the same, just help me clean once a week/fortnight ish and we will be good. Council tax and all bills included.
