Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I have now moved out and the room is sat empty. The room is available until 3rd August. Large bedroom with King sized bed located at the front of the property. Comes fully furnished. You’ll be sharing with a 26 year old who mainly only stays in the house over the weekend due to work commitments so majority of the time you’ll have the place to yourself. It’s a great location with Chillingham metro only 10 minute walk away and the number 1 bus route being at the end of the road. Also a 2 minute walk to a local Sainsbury’s and cafes on Heaton Road and then only a 5 minute drive to larger supermarkets.
