Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in heaton! Preferably a female young professional or mature student. I'll be moving out the property by september 1st and whoever moves in will be living with a lovely 25 y/o midwife! It's furnished, close to the city centre and transport, as well as plenty small businesses and shops. My flatmate is looking for someone who can be a friend as well as a flatmate and enjoys the pub, cosy nights in, crafts & just doing fun things! There are currently cats in the property but they will be leaving with me, and the flat is clean and well kept.
