I’m looking for someone to takeover my tendency for the next academic year, as I am on placement next year so won’t be able to stay in the house.
Looking for a female student, as the rest of the house are all girls.
The tendency runs from 19th August 2026 to 15th June 2027.
It’s a lovely house in a great location, super close to west jesmond metro and walking distance to both Northumbria and Newcastle University.
Rent is £143 per week and bills are £24 per week.
