I'm looking for a friendly respectful person to share my two-bedroom flat with, it includes a modern open-plan living room & kitchen, a jet bathtub, lovely views of the marina from the living room and more mirrors than you could ever need.
The shared areas of the apartment are fully furnished, the bedroom is unfortunately for now unfurnished but will be part furnished by the end of this week (bed frame, mattress, duvet, pillows, bedside table & wardrobe)!! The flat is in a quiet area but only a short walk from the quayside, with regular transport into town through the Q3, as well as a parking spot if you drive!
The room is around £530 including estimated household bills, excluding council tax (band C),
