I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy asap at 52 leazes terrace. It is an en-suite bedroom. The kitchen and living room are shared among the other flatmates. Council tax (only if are a professional) and utilities bills are included within the rent payment. The tenancy is until end of July 2026 but can be renewed. The room is in good condition. Cleaning is carried out by the management as part of the contract. You need to have a UK home owner guarantor in order to have the tenancy takeover approved. Let me know if you are interested.
