I am searching for a roommate to take over my tenancy.
The room is the largest in the house, with bay windows. It is fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and desk. There is a bathroom on the floor which is primarily for the use of this rooms tenant.
The room is £690 a month with bills included. Council tax is not included, if the tenant is not exempt, the bill is approximately £60. The tenancy ends 28th June 2026.
