Looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 29th May - 4th September. Large bedroom with King sized bed located at the front of the property. Comes fully furnished with a desk included. You’ll be sharing with a 29 year old who mainly only stays in the house over the weekend due to work commitments so majority of the time you’ll have the place to yourself. It’s a great location with Chillingham metro only 10 minute walk away and the number 1 bus route being at the end of the road. Also a 2 minute walk to a local Sainsbury’s and cafes on Heaton Road and then only a 5 minute drive to larger supermarkets.
