Hey, I am Harry, a 25-year-old PhD student moving into my final year. The house is a full-sized family home (4 bedrooms) in Heaton, which is not an HMO. Currently, this is being shared between my housemate and me as a bedroom and office, each with all rooms downstairs shared (living room, dining room, kitchen). Unfortunately my housemate was made redundant and has struggled to find a new job so has decided to move home leaving me with the need to find someone to take his place. Note for all photos that their is furtniture not pictured for some of the communal rooms.
Below is a brief description of the property:
The house has a front room, dining room, large kitchen, and utility room making up the downstairs. With a bathroom, separate toilet, separate shower, 2 offices, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Currently the master bedroom and front office are those used by my housemate so would be the ones on offer for any new tenant (Bedrooms 1 and 3 on the rightmove floorplan). The full property costs £1400 per month to rent or £700pp the landlord is lovely as it is their old family home and they live just down the street and are always happy to help. The property is unfurnished, however, contains a full living room, dining room, and white goods, meaning only items for your bedroom/study would be required (note, a bedframe will be left but no mattress). Council tax band is band C
I am looking for someone to move in anytime from July 15th, with the latest preferred move-in date being September 15th. Preferably, the new tenant would also be a later student or young professional in their 20's who is looking to stay for at least a year.
