I have a studio that I need the tenancy taking over at NE1 4BW! It is a 5 minute walk to CENTRAL ATTION and less than 10 minutes to City Centre ! It’s a lovely room with a double bed, desk, under bed storage, en suite, modern and kitchen space! there’s a free gym on site, lovely social areas with more TVs, pool tables etc.. it is £170 a week.
