Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a single bedroom in a 6-bedroom flat, located in Shieldfield, less than 10 minutes walk from Northumbria University and Manors station.
Rent is £657.90 per month, which is inclusive of all bills and utilities. A UK guarantor is required.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe with chest of drawers, bookshelves, and a desk with a monitor built in.
The flat features 2 shared bathrooms, where one has a shower, the other has a bath/shower. As well as a shared kitchen, with two large fridges, a washer/drier, a dishwasher, and a drinks cooler.
Resident Parking Permits are not available at this property. Residents will have to apply for a season pass.
The current tenants are students, however both students and young professionals are welcome.
The property and tenants are very nice, I am just not able to stay in shared accommodation due to medical reasons which have only just come up.
