I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy starting from 21st August 2026 for an 11 month contract in a student house on Fern Avenue in Jesmond. It is a 5 bedroom house, with currently 2 boys and 1 girl moving in.
It is a great location for students either Northumbria or Newcastle or young professionals. Everyone is lovely, clean, tidy and quiet.
