I have nice, bright and cosy single room to let in a fully furnished house. The room has a single bed, double wardrobe, chest drawer and bed side drawer for massive capacity. It also has a study table and south facing windows for you to get plenty of natural light.

The house has a dining area with a table of six, utility room for all your extra stuff, cloaks WC, furnished bathroom/wc and fully fitted kitchen. Kitchen is newly furnished with brand new appliances such as a tall fridge, freezer and a fridge freezer for massive capacity and comfort. Electric oven, gas hob and hood with extractor fan, microwave, mixer, toaster, kettle and brand new washing machine and dishwasher are also available. We have also a wide range of dishes, pans, pots and cutlery enough for everyone. The only thing you need to bring is your luggage.

I Don't have any restrictions to anyone. If you are honest and reliable I don't care anything about your private life. And I always keep your privacy in the house as my privacy. You can feel yourself comfortable.

The rent is all bills included (heating, hot water, gas, water rates, broadband, council tax, electricity...etc).

I do the domestic shopping of the house such as toilet rolls, antibacterials, hand soaps...etc without any service charge and it means there is no mess. The things that you need to use is always there and for everybody.

The room is available for a couple as well but because of the all bills included system price may change.

The house is close to all local amenities such as transport links, shops, take aways and it is only 9 minutes to city center by bus from the stop in front of the house. Both Universities are so close as well.

The room is available for short term as well but price may change. ( Depending on your term)
