Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at IQ Stephenson House in Shieldfield. It’s just a stone’s throw away from a Tesco, Subway, and Ouseburn. Northumbria University is about a 10-minute walk away, and Newcastle University is about 20 minutes. I’m available from the start of the new academic year (W/S 12/1/26) to the end of the summer term (25/7/26). The rent is £146 per week, and it’s a platinum room, so it’s super spacious.
