Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at a two bedroom house in Jesmond, Newcastle. One bedroom is occupied by a male second year student. The house is under Student Cribs and is £178 a week (including bills). The tenancy begins on 11th July 2026 and ends 9th July 2027. The house has two double bedrooms, spacious kitchen and lounge area, fenced garden and three TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room). Tv licenses are included in the price. It is approximately a 27 minute walk from Newcastle University and a 23 minute walk from Northumbria University. It falls under council tax band D.
