We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our home!

Each room has new furniture (bed, bedside draws, chest of draws, wardrobe, mirror, bin, shoe mat, radiator and coffee table) with new paint, new carpet, new underlay and modern lighting installed. The bedroom has access to its own bathroom which has also been modernised to have a new walk in screen shower and utilities. The bedroom also has access to a private balcony.

The kitchen and lounge are shared areas that have also been modernised with new paint, carpet, lighting, cabinates, a washing machine, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, induction hob, oven, fan, blender, air fryer and coffee machine.
With a new coffee table, dining table, chairs, a new sofa, 65” backlit tv and a custom speaker system in the lounge.
The building is accessed by a fob and your key will be able to open the front door and your room. You’ll also be able to access the garage and bins with additional keys. There is parking at the building but there isn’t an additional private space for the flat. However anyone is welcome to use it if it’s not needed.

Rent includes electrical and water use but may be subject to change with notice if significantly more is used. Rent also includes access to WiFi. We also have access to Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+, HBO, terrestrial television (the TV licence is paid for) and Crunchyroll.

All bills are included in the rent except council tax, which we split 3 ways, it varies but usually works out as £47 each. Although I’m expecting a decrease.

A little about myself:
I’m James! I’m looking for 1 lodger to move into my new Penthouse apartment in the city centre of Newcastle with my flatmate Mhairi.
I like movie nights, gaming, cooking, beer gardens, anime and parties. I’m a nerd at heart but I also enjoy keeping fit and going for drinks. LGBTQ+ ally and recently diagnosed autistic. Love animals but currently have no pets. Couples welcome at a different rate (to match utility usage).
I’m looking to meet like minded people who would possibly enjoy indulging in occasional movie nights, games and drinks.
We’re prone to hosting parties a couple times a year too.
We don’t mind smokers so long as it’s done on your balcony.

Please send me a message if you have a queries or would like to view the apartment. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
