The flat is a 5 mins walk from a Tesco's, 1 min from a corner shop and a bus stop to take you into town within 10-15 mins or a 20 mins walk. 10 mins walk from 2 different metro stations. Everything you'll need is very close by. Chillingham road is about 10 mins walk away with a variety of cafes and restaurants.

Heaton park and Jesmond dene are just around the corner, and it's close to the quayside for walks/runs/pubs.

The flat is a 3 bedroom 1st floor flat. It's got a modern bathroom shared between all 3 of us.
There is a shared kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine, and plenty of storage space.
There is also a living/dining room. It's a nice open space for socialising.
Rent is £368 per month, plus bills and council tax (A) which currently work out at £156 per month all together, though this should reduce shortly as we've just had a smart meter installed.
The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws, bedside table. It gets lots of natural light

I am 23, a recent grad who's currently working at a university during the week and spending my spare time at evenings and weekends going to concerts, running and rowing.

The other flatmate is 28, working as a teacher and a Beach lifeguard so he will be out during the day in the week and often weekends. who is into sports, outdoor activities as well as going to the pub and often gigs.

The landlord is very responsive to any issues which occur, and there has been no mould/pests.
