Hi, I am a single mam of 1 my daughter is 6 yrs old and very pleasant to be around.
We are very sociable and friendly and we are looking for a female who is also sociable and has a natural warmth towards children.
I currently work part time and am often out most days so would be looking for someone who is clean and tidy but also someone who can adapt.
We are close to local amenities and it's only walking distance to the nearest bus stop and metro station so in a very good location as everything is walking distance.
Due to having a small child, I would be seeking some type of character reference from either an employer or landlord.
